I’m procrastinating. I have to write an essay for my Level Five project and I don’t want to. Ironic that I should chose to write my blog instead of my essay, no?
Anyway, I really despise the essay format and I have a lot of trouble making it fit.
Anyone who’s read this blog knows that I tend to write in a very stream of consciousness type of way. I have a very hard time jamming my thoughts into a particular format without sounding like a complete idiot. If I was feeling like whining I could blame it on being home schooled and never having to write in essay format. I wrote book reports and stuff like that, a few partial novels and kept diaries off and on but those are fine for stream of consciousness type style.
I also have to cook all my dishes, write and scale all my recipes for my project and do costing and wine paring for one of dishes. The recipes, scaling and costing can be done in a heartbeat and flash. The wine pairing is going to be more of a pain in the neck. I may have to search out an expert opinion for that one. I got a book from the school library but it has not been overly useful. It’s interesting, but it is more for learning about the beverage itself, not what goes with what and the principles for matching things up.
this is really a good and informative post..i like it. it help me a lot
